2. Clients are advised that they alone are responsible for the content, quality and final use of their text. We do not do research for you.

To this end:

3. Clients are advised that; plagiarism and breach of copyright are serious offences. PremierEditors assumes no responsibility for such content.

4. PremierEditors retains the right to refuse any work that it deems to be offensive or objectionable.

5. PremierEditors is not responsible for lost work. Clients should always retain the original and submit copies for editing.

Furthermore:

6. PremierEditors retains the right to refuse any work that it feels it cannot complete within the client's specified timeframe.

7. Prices quoted are estimates only, based upon such things as: readability and technical insights required for any particular work, and are subject to change without notice. Clients can and should obtain a specific quotation before commencement of work.

8. PremierEditors does not provide any warranties of its services, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that your marks will improve after using our service.

9. Any corrections, comments or suggestions made by PremierEditors in connection with a job, are those deemed appropriate for the work in hand. The use of these corrections, comments or suggestions is at the discretio of the client. (See point No. 2 for clarification)

10. PremierEditors is not responsible for any circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from fulfilling our contract. (e.g. power outs) In these circumstances the client may be entitled to a refund of monies paid. All such refunds are at the sole discretion of PremierEditors.

11. For some large jobs or new clients we may request that full, partial or segmented payment be made before your edited document is returned to you or even before editing is commenced. We may also request up front payment for clients paying from "high risk" areas. High risk areas are determined by our past experience and we reserve the right to ask for payment in advance as we see fit.
